As a reseller you will be assigned to an individual account handler at one of the regional distributors. Backed by technical support specialists and the development team they can provide rapid advice and solutions to Mailtraq-related issues.
Influence the future of the product development
We recognise the value of shaping the product around the needs of our customers, and indeed many features are a direct result of requests from resellers trying to solve particular problems.
Faced with novel problems, we can guide you through configuration options and meta-solutions, however it's not unknown for us to arrange a new build to extend the functionality of the software.
Get private previews of new releases
Resellers can apply to take part in early private beta testing of future development concepts.
