KB01040901 Why doesn't Mailtraq always collect POP3 mail when I go online?

This is probably because of the setting in your POP3 account properties that determines how often Mailtraq checks for new mail. By default, it is set to 60 minutes. Even if you have scheduled Mailtraq to go online every 10 minutes, Mailtraq will not check the mailbox more often than once every 60 minutes.

Don't set this too low though. If Mailtraq is scheduled to go online every 20 minutes, and stay online until 5 minutes has gone by without activity, then having Mailtraq check the POP3 account every five minutes will mean that Mailtraq only disconnects when the forced timeout is reached.
