Corporate users are normally interested in purchasing an integrated solution to solve a specific problem. They are less interested in the specific hardware and software used to provide the solution, but are concerned that the reseller can provide a total package which they will install and maintain for them.
The challenge for the reseller is to put together a package which will appeal to the corporate user.
