Configuration Tips MA (Mailtraq Assistant) uses the XMPP service - check that it is available by looking in Active Connections in the Console Tree.
This is normally installed by default, but can be added if necessary from the Options | Services control. MA uses port 5222 and you will need to ensure that this is open on your network and machine firewalls.
