Why should I email you for support?  Surely it is quicker to just phone.

 

The simple reason is that we have more staff who are available to answer your questions via email than we do by phone. Your problem will be resolved more quickly and you will be running again as fast as is possible. All emails to Support are shared amongst all qualified staff in both our USA and UK office - and Support emails are monitored 'out of hours'.
Phone calls for support are screened and diverted to the person best qualified to answer the question by phone. It is a simple fact of life that responding to on-the-fly complex email questions verbally is an order of magnitude more difficult that responding to written enquiries. So it is nearly always quicker to email your question.

If your email service is completely down then use one of the many free email services ( Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo etc) to contact us

A more complete reason is that nearly every problem that you may be having has previously been encountered and the simplest solution has been written down and is already available here on the website - we can then very quickly show you how to solve the problem.

We also know that the simple act of writing an email to us to explain a problem allows you to see for yourself what may be wrong - and the problem gets fixed instantly.

But  - if you are really stuck - you can phone us, and we will do our best to assist you.

And if you decide that the phone is best for your current issue, please visit the Support Form first. You will need to tell us the information that form requests so we know how to best help you  ...and remember to get your 'Support Ticket' number before contacting us.
