Multiple mailboxes in EWA

 

Each user can have an unlimited number of mailboxes. These reflect the primary and secondary mailboxes in the Mailtraq Console.

Naturally the user can choose to use folders within a mailbox instead, and for simply separating messages for their own use, a single mailbox containing a hierarchy of folders will normally be the best option.

However by using multiple mailboxes, a user can share just some of their mailboxes without exposing everything.

Multiple mailboxes are also useful to speed up full-text searching, as searching within one mailbox will be unaffected by the size of other mailboxes.
