KB06061001 Webmail gives Error 404 - Page cannot be found
If you get a Error 404 - Page cannot be displayed problem when you try to access webmail it means that although Webmail is installed correctly, Mailtraq is not able to find or use the correct path set in Web Site Properties.
This issue most often comes up after moving Mailtraq from one loacation to another, but can also occur if you have not used the default locations during Installation.
The problem is simple to correct.
In the Mailtraq Console, go to
Options | Web Sites
then click [Properties]
Set the path to the correct location in the Application-tab. Then [OK] back to the Console.
Shutdown and restart Mailtraq.
If you are trouble-shooting an extensive customization of Webmail confirm that the Domains and Documents tabs correctly reflect any changes you have made.
