We provide hundreds of pages of freely available web based support. General set-up configuration advice and a reasonable amount of guidance by email is bundled for free with your license purchase and Upgrade Protection renewal.
A Premium Support License is required for all telephone support and configuration specific advice.
Business Premium Support License
We also offer Premium Support Licenses for Business that provide unlimited full service Consultancy:
- timely personal one-to-one support and configuration advice,
- installation and upgrade assistance,
- help understanding your Event Log entries and Configuration files,
- assistance with Disaster Recovery (where possible),
- PLUS help resolving and configuring spam and external attacks.
This is a flat-rate fee: no other additional charges. 'The Fine Print'
Trial users have free access to Business Premium Support during the 30-day free trial.
Getting Premium Support
Premium support is tied to your Installation Id. When you purchase Mailtraq with a Premium Support License you are automatically eligible.

Upgrade from General to Business Premium Support
You can upgrade to a Premium Support License by paying just the difference in cost. Simply contact us before purchase and we will deduct the value of your current license from the purchase price. You must have valid Upgrade Protection.
