We provide hundreds of pages of freely available web based support. General set-up configuration advice and a reasonable amount of guidance by email is bundled for free with your license purchase and annual renewal.
A Premium Support License is required for all telephone support and configuration specific advice.
Business Premium Support License
We also offer Premium Support Licenses for Business that provide unlimited full service Consultancy:
- timely personal one-to-one support and configuration advice,
- installation and upgrade assistance,
- help understanding your Event Log entries and Configuration files,
- assistance with Disaster Recovery (where possible),
- PLUS help resolving and configuring spam and external attacks.
This is a flat-rate fee: no other additional charges. 'The Fine Print'
Trial users have free access to Business Premium Support during the 30-day free trial.
Getting Premium Support
Premium support is tied to your Installation Id. When you purchase a Mailtraq Professional License you are automatically eligible.
Upgrade from General to Business Premium Support
You can upgrade to a Premium Support Professional License by paying just the difference in cost. License Prices are available here... Simply contact us to purchase and we will deduct the value of your current license from the purchase price. You must have a current license or have renewed support within the last year otherwise no discount is available.
Per Incident Support
If you choose not to purchase Business Premium Support with a Professional License or choose not to renew Support we offer Per Incident Support on the following terms.
An incident comprises the initial request for support and the subsequent contacts necessary to conclude the matter, whether or not a positive resolution can be reached. 'The Fine Print'
Payment must be received before support is provided.
Support will be provided during normal working hours (M-F, 8 to 5 Eastern, excluding public holidays).
