Mailtraq upgrade protection

Upgrade Protection provides you with access to the upgrade system for 12 months.
Valid Upgrade Protection is required for direct Support.

Regardless of 'point-release' you get a minimum of 12 months Upgrade Protection starting when your Key was issued and as indicated on the Help | About Mailtraq panel.

Thereafter, upgrading costs 30% of the current list price of the edition you are upgrading.
You then have upgrade protection for a further 12 months, starting from the date of purchasing the upgrade.

This means that, whilst you have a 'perpetual' license that will remain valid for ever, you can keep up to date with improvements and new features by paying just 30% of the current list price each year.

If your upgrade protection lapses, you will still be able to re-download any builds you have already downloaded.
