How to pay for your Mailtraq purchase
Step 1 - Getting your Invoice
How to access your account at https://my.mailtraq.com
a. There is a link to your Account on the invoice you were emailed when you purchased Mailtraq: or,
b. You may log into your account with the email address you registered with originally, and your password.
If you received an email payment request it is the email address in the statement. If you created a personal password for your account you should use that or you may use the Installation Id of one of your Mailtraq purchases.

When you enter your account click the [Make Payment] button in the left menu.
The next page will show you a 'statement' of what you owe.
Click the 'View Invoice / Pay Online' link to get your invoice, and make your payment.
Step 2 - Making your Payment
If you need a VAT Invoice please print the invoice page before making your payment. See instructions below for obtaining copy invoices of past transactions.
You may pay by cheque: Simply print out the invoice page and post a copy together with your cheque made out to Enstar Ltd: full details are provided on the invoice.
Paying Online by Credit Card or Debit Card
You may pay using the credit card link in the body of the invoice. We accept MasterCard, Visa and personal AmEx. We use secure credit card services provided by PayPal for online transactions. You do not have to have a PayPal account - we have the PayPal account.
Paying with a Credit Card by telephone
For your security we no longer accept payment by MasterCard or Visa by telephone. Please either pay online, by BACS/SWIFT or post a cheque.
Paying by Bank Transfer
Payment may be made by Bank Transfer or SWIFT payment to:

Refreshing your License
Once we have received your payment our Accounts department 'authorize' your license. This normally happens within a business day.
You should then click the [Refresh] button in Help | About Mailtraq to make sure that your Mailtraq has updated its Upgrade Protection.
If you need a copy invoice for a payment you have already made
If you did not print the Invoice at Step 2 above, or need another copy at a later date, you can obtain one as follows:
